To maintain the record for the Skill enhancement of your associates:
1. Select “Growth” from the main menu.
2. A drop down menu appears on the left of the main menu.
Click “Skill Enhancement”.
3. A new form opens up. Fill this form and save it by clicking the “Submit” button.
4. Select “More”
