To maintain the record for HR interview:

 

  1. Go to “Selection” in the main menu. A drop down menu appears on the left of the main menu. Choose “Interviews” from this menu.

  2. When you select “Interviews”, to the very right of the main menu another drop down menu appears with the Options of – Technical, HR and Management. Select “HR”.

  3. The HR interview form appears. Here the user can fill in the interview ratings for the candidates. Once you have filled in the form completely, make sure to click the “submit” button to save the record.
