After the requisition form has been submitted, it becomes pending for the approval by the higher Authority – The Practice
Manager. At this level the Approval is in the Level
1.

All the pending requisitions are listed numerically. Department, Project, Designation, No. of Positions and Requisition by headings are listed along with the requisition details.

The
Practice Manager at Level 1 can view the requisitions and approve or deny them at his desertion.

Once the
Practice Manager at Level 1 approves a request, that particular requisition
is passed on to Level 2 and is removed from Level 1 permanently. It is no longer in the pending Bin.
However, if the requisition is denied
