Once the Open Position(s) has been listed, The HR User can now start the process of locating the Appropriate Candidate.

The User can search the candidate either on HRIS or he/she might wish to search the candidate database through his/her database (other than HRIS). Now this database could either be located on some other Job Portal or it could be saved on a remote pc or the user’s current System.
